Before you buy either and genuine replacement or a non-genuine alternative, you'll need to have the detailed model information for your TV, these can usually found on the data sticker on the back of the model.
Universal remotes will work most features with the exception of input, full menu and smart features. If you wish to control these additional options, you will need to buy your TVs original remote or the manufacturer's recommended substitute.
