At Remotify, we support both small batch orders and bulk purchases. The MOQ for small batch orders starts as low as 10 units, making it ideal for startups or testing new products.
You can place an order by contacting us through our website, or via WhatsApp. We also offer direct online purchasing through Shopee. For large orders, you can request a quote for pricing and shipping.
Our warehouse is located at 42000 Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. Customers can arrange for self-pickup or opt for Lalamove delivery for convenience.
Local deliveries typically take 1-5 business days, depending on the order size and delivery method. For international shipments, it usually takes 7-14 days.
TV Remote Control
Before you buy either and genuine replacement or a non-genuine alternative, you'll need to have the detailed model information for your TV, these can usually found on the data sticker on the back of the model.
Universal remotes will work most features with the exception of input, full menu and smart features. If you wish to control these additional options, you will need to buy your TVs original remote or the manufacturer's recommended substitute.
